Hello Everyone!! Hope everything is going good and you are excited for Halloween this weekend! In the past few months we have allowed varies groups and organization to rent out one of our screens for their own party or event. This past week we hosted the Pink Warrior Advocates to have their annual "Bras For Causes" event. They bought in beautiful cowboy hats to be auction off and had a little help from law enforcement and firefighters to show off these priceless gorgeous hats. Please head on over to the link to look at some photos and read more about this awesome organization. http://herald-zeitung.com/multimedia/collection_819c06c4-17e5-11eb-8ee4-2f21e962267e.html

Stars and Stripes Drive-In Theatre New Braunfels is 3 years old!

April 1st, 2015 is when Stars and Stripes Drive-In Theatre in New Braunfels opened its doors for the first time.
Here's our story from our founder, Ryan Smith:
Our drive-in story goes all the way back to 1948 when my grandfather started the Sky-Vue Drive-In Theatre in Lamesa, TX. I grew up hearing great stories about the people, the events, and the food that made this small west Texas business the pride of the town. While experiencing my first drive-in movie at the Sky-Vue in June of 2002, I felt a calling to share this slice of Americana. In January of 2003 we purchased a Lubbock cotton farm, and on August 21st Stars & Stripes Drive-In Theatre started showing double-features and serving Rockin' Eats TM. After celebrating our ten year anniversary, we bought a farm just outside of New Braunfels to serve another incredible community as well as central Texas. Many incredible people have believed in our vision of a modern, family-friendly drive-in theatre experience. We are forever grateful for the patronage and support. We consider it an honor to help reclaim this unique part of American history and to serve you a better way to watch a movie. Whether you want to load up the family wagon, hang out with friends, or plan a date under the stars, we invite you to enjoy making lasting memories with us. See you at the drive-in!
