Stars & Stripes Lubbock is honored to welcome you to experience the latest live-action remake of a beloved animated classic! From Walt Disney Studios, it’s the epic retelling of Mulan!

You know the premise. When the Huns invade China, the Emperor issues a decree that one man in every family must fight. To protect her ailing father, Hua Mulan defies the law, as well as tradition, and disguises herself as a man to enlist in his place. It’s an empowering tale of overcoming discrimination and learning to look within for inspiration… and it’s one that’s been told for more than a thousand years.

For this version of Mulan, the filmmakers chose to not only draw inspiration from the 1998 animated film but from China’s original Ballad of Mulan which dates all the way back to the 6thcentury! To say that this story is an oldie but a goodie is quite the understatement! As is saying that the film is sure to bring the legend back to stunning new life!

It’s a timeless epic of spirit and determination that’ll capture the hearts of all! It’s Disney’s Mulan and it’s at Stars & Stripes Lubbock! Click the link below to get your tickets!

See you at the drive-in!
