Have any of you Wheelies watched the Happy Days tv show lately? It's hilarious, originally aired for over 10 years and runs on INSP all the time. Consider giving this fun salute to the 1950s a shot if you have never seen it.

We had a "pretend drive-in theatre" in our 50's Cafe for a special birthday party! In the coming days, we will be telling you about our huge (outdoor/indoor) inflatable screens that are available for special events.

Just found this AJ newspaper clipping from 2003. Hope we have made Terry Rowland proud and also helped each of you to create incredible memories at the drive-in.

Hey Wheelies! We met a gentleman named Art earlier today near the drive-in. He is driving his Sweetheart down to the Texas coast in this custom 34 Ford pickup. He worked for 25 years to preserve this piece of history.

Elvis Presley loved the drive-in theatre experience too. He played in front of the Joy Drive-In Theatre snack bar on a flatbed truck from Almond's Feed & Seed Co. in Minden, Louisiana for $25 on July 15th, 1955.
Came for a movie and got an amazing meal. Can't believe how cool you've made the drive-in. We will be back soon.
Always enjoy the drive-in. Great value, good food and excellent movies. P.S. the new site rocks!
Just wanted to let you know that after being in Lubbock for several years and hearing how great Stars & Stripes is my husband and kids finally visited last week.
